The Staff from Jordan to Robert were very responsive and friendly. The Kaneohe staff were professional and very knowledgable in explaining and answering my inquiries. Also there was a young girl-mechanic who detailed the work done on my truck to which I really appreciated. I have always and will continue to bring my vehicles to Lex Brodie's because of the great customer service and people who work there. Mahalo's!

Great Job on my safety check, which turned into a $1,300 strut and brakes job, but I felt fairly treated by the Manager and staff. They completed the work in one day, as promised, and gave me a UH and Military discount which helped. (I also got Hawaiian Miles!!!) I always feel that Lex Brodie's treats me honestly and fairly. If work is NOT needed, they do not try to sell you something. I think this is the first time in many years that my safety check did not require a change of windshield wiper blades at high cost, which some inspectors use as a money maker. My blades were old, but still worked fine, so your inspector passed my car. Good job.

I had initially called firestone in Kaneohe but they were expecting me to drop off my car and pick it up the next day for a tire change. I'm so glad I went to lex Brodie's. They were fast and cost effective. they were able to repair my flat tire quickly. I really appreciate that they didn't purposely tell me to get a brand new tire. Very helpful and courteous

Im super impressed at the customer service that Zach and Jordan? (Jonah?) started with a J (sorry cant remember your name) provided!! I was on the verge of a panic attack when it came to figuring out what exactly was wrong with my car, how much it was going to cost and how I was going to get to work on Tuesday. But the guys took really great care of me! Yes, my car has a TON of problems but it has 150k miles on it and its time for repairs. I really appreciated the guys letting me know how much it was going to cost, and what was the most important to get fixed first. It ended up being 3 engine valve gaskets/seals, a solinoid pump, and serpentine belt. $722.00 later and Im there to pick up my car. When I started it at Lex Brodies it made an awful sound. The guys came straight over and checked it out. Go to find out the belt they used that was a Honda dealership part was too big. The problem was they couldnt get it on the rack to check it out that day and I needed my car for work. So Jordan/Jonah/starts with a J got me a rental car at no charge. HE SAVED THE DAY!!! I couldnt afford to miss a day of work and I really appreciated them making sure I was able to get to work and pick up my car when it was repaired. Thank you again Lex Brodie for being #1 in customer service and I will be back (when I can afford it) for the other repairs! Mahalo nui Loa Guys I am forever thankful!
