The single star represents the only bright spot of the experience and that was the customer service rep who met me and greeted me. He got my issue understood and was pretty receptive through the whole experience. He could have called me at some point before this whole situation became stupid. 45 minute flat repair took 2.5 hours and was a cascade of bumbling missteps. Delivered my car at 0730 and my receipt reads I received my car at 1004. Not even as much as an apology about the insidious wait. Ridiculous that I actually had to pay full price for such appalling service. Imagine a tire shop that cannot get the tire off the car. Imagine a tire shop that does not have the appropriate key to remove lug nuts for a car that's been on the road for 2 years. Why wouldn't they call me or the dealership to ask where they might find this magical key? It was sitting in the trunk in plain sight before the flipped the entire trunk upside down and hid the tire kit box from themselves. The customer service guy did his best to distract me, keep me smiling and laughing. But I was unimpressed with the other 6 or 7 staff members who just seemed clueless or too busy to be bothered. At the point where service recovery was possible, my complaint fell on deaf ears about the time waiting for my vehicle and the fact that stopping through twice to check on the progress was the only way I ascertained that they were aimlessly and helplessly fumbling for a clue, which was at the end of their nose. I did not receive a call when the car was completed. Who knows how long the car sat before I stopped in the second time. I can't believe they actually required payment. How about you pay me for the three hour of my time you stole?
