Zach helped us with our appointment for 4 new tires for my Audi. He was extremely friendly and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. You could tell they were completely swamped and he seemed to be the only one working the phones/office, so I was surprised he was still so professional and nice. We didn't feel rushed and took the time to help us pick out the right brand and sign us up for a rebate. My car drives 100 times better than before, you forget how much of a difference a high quality tire makes! Additionally, they have a great rewards plan and offer some pretty good discounts. I love Lex Brodies. The employees are always friendly. I refuse to take my car to any other place on island. Recently came in today to get two new tires and an alignment. They always do an awesome job. The mall is a short walk away while your car is being serviced, I typically just sit in the little waiting lounge they have which also has wifi. I would definitely recommend these guys and gals. A++++

Very quick service from when I called to make the appointment to when I picked my car up after they finished. They didn't charge me for diagnosing the problem which is awesome cause most other shops would have. Thankfully, Windward mall was a block away so waiting was not an issue.

Got a flat tire yesterday and stopped at Kaneohe Lex Brodie's on my way home; I selected the new set of 4 tires that they would be ordered and scheduled an appointment for today. Arrived 10 minutes early for the 2 pm appointment today; they were ready for me with the tires that had been ordered and immediately started working on the car. I was impressed with the Professionalism, Technical Knowledge and Friendliness of the Lex Brodie's team; the job was finished earlier than promised and at the exact price of the quote. "Brandon" did a great job explaining and recommending future work; as well as answering a number of questions I had. This was a 5 star experience due to the excellent Customer Service and Quality work done at a good price. My new "go to" place for car needs!
