Service was outstanding. I put the appointment into my calendar for the wrong time, and showed up 3 hours late. They did a great job of fitting me into their schedule and getting me out in an efficient manner. Technician was amazing. Did a great job with difficult low profile run flats! I would and will go back next time I need tires, and recommend them to all my friends.

Had my old (2002 Altima) car towed in from the Pali where it stalled after the belts broke. I explained that it was my "beach and run about Kaneohe " car) and that I liked the car (sunroof, plenty of leg room, reliable etc) warts and all. I asked them if they could get it up and running again at a reasonable price. Kyle was very understanding and they did so . I will be back.

I cannot say anything but positive praise to the staff of Lex Brodie in kaneohe. I came after making a phone call for a tire replacement . I was assisted by Mr. John Kelly. Exceptional customer service . He answered all my questions and ensure me that I am getting a good quality tires. I ended up having my 2 tires replaced as well as getting An alignment service . I decided to get there 2 year alignment service which is a good deal especially that the road in Hawaii is not the best. Thank you very much .

I had a flat tire and the shop where I normally go suggested that I needed to go to a tire speciality shop. Seeing the good review at yelp, I decided to go to the Lex Brodies which was located a block from the car shop. I'm glad I did. I was assisted by Mr. John Kelly who made sure that I am getting a good quality tires he said a better quality than my old ones at a reasonable price and since my car serves a very important part role I don't mind spending more for a good quality. I also got the alignment service for 2 years . He even gives me the discounts for the phone appointment and other discounts . Thank you so much for assisting me . Your company really embodied the alpha spirit. I'll be coming back for my regular alignment service and possible other service in the future

I called first to find out if they had tires to fit my Prius V. They did and after discussion with Zack over the phone, I chose a Michelin tire and was able to schedule the tire replacement with a same day appointment. Great! I met Zack who helped me complete all the paperwork. We waited in the customer lounge and noticed that they did not start on our vehicle for almost 30 minutes, even though we had an appointment. I understand that there will be unforeseen issues when working on other vehicles ahead of me, so I cannot blame Zack for the late start. But I dropped a star because it took over two hours to complete replacing the tires and the wheel alignment. But this is still a great dealer to work with and their customer service was excellent.

I went to the Kaneohe Lex Brodies and had Excellent customer service. I was there for a leak coming from my coolant. There was a misunderstanding but Jarard the Manager who helped me and who worked on my car took care of the situation. I was extremely happy and thankful for him! Along with Tiana who I know was a trainee but did an excellent job in helping me. I left very happy :) Thank You Jarard and Tiana!!
