Awesome service

Liking the low price, will have my suv aligned more often.

Had a 1 PM scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation on April 29, 2017. Waited at facility for completion. Did not leave facility until approximately 2: 40 PM. Was informed reason for delay was auto parts store had not delivered oil filter for car. Was charged $52.03 with manager's discount for delay. All concerned was very apologetic for delay.

Job was done properly and quickly. My only improvement suggestion would be a more accurate time estimate up front. The service writer made it sound like it would be about 4 1/2 hours, which surprised me, but they were done in about an hour and a half, which I originally expected. I would have waited if I had been given that estimate up front.

Excellent customer service- no complaints!

On March 25, 2017, I had 4 engine mounts replaced on my car. Your shop was very generous in providing me with a rental car during servicing. By early afternoon, my car was completed and ready for pick up. This shop provided me with good customer service. Soon after I drove off, at times when I turned the wheel, a scraping sound appeared. I then took it back to the shop and an adjustment was made and the sound disappeared. Before I drove off again, your personnel, Kapua, mentioned to me maybe vibration may occur due to stiffness since the mounts are new. Logically, this made sense. Unfortunately, I drove my car for about two weeks and the vibration became worst with time. I then took it back on April 15th, had it checked, and nothing wrong could be found. I was informed since the odometer reading was 80,000+, my car needs a tuneup. I was in awe because previously my car wasn't missing usually when spark plugs need replacement. The vibration occurred soon after the replacement of the 4 mounts. I gave this situation some thought and decided to take my car for re-evaluation to your Queen Street shop.

Lex Brodies Team: Please recommending if a service person or in writing debrief me on what work was done to my car, any recommendations and so forth. Here is the process I went through: Got a call to pick up the car; arrived and someone said go inside; got in and was told how much I had to pay; paid and told the car is outside. No "Thank You" which Mr. Lex is known for! I got my receipt with no notes; don't even know how many quartz of oil went into my car?
