I had an appointment for 10:00 and got there 10 minutes early. Checked in at the desk for a tire PATCH on the inside and was quoted $. I asked how long until I can pick up my car. The nice girl said 1.5 hours so like 11:30. I left the shop and cruised around town on foot then went back at 11:20. Guess what. My car was still in the same parking stall and it hadn't moved. The nice girl told me they were delayed due to a back up of other clients. I'm feeling irate at this moment. I asked for my car keys and left. The nice girl apologized sincerely and offered me a free oil change for my inconvenience. Like REALLY I wondered. Maybe the oil change would put me back 3 hours!!. If the nice girl told me at 10 a.m. that there would be a wait much longer than expected then I would understand. My rating would have been better.

We agree our team member should have followed up and let you know the service was, unexpectedly, taking longer then quoted. (Today is turning out to be really busy at all stores - end / beginning of the month safety inspections and long weekend car care visit). If the repair can wait till after the fourth, we would gladly perform the repair at n/c and offer a $25 Aloha Gas card for the extra trip. But, if you take to another shop to have it repaired, please send us the invoice ( to scottwilliams@lexbrodies.com ) and we'll reimburse for the repair charge up our price to perform the flat repair.
