Unusually flawless service. Not this time. Took about twice as long to get the work done...4 hours. Trouble w safety check. Copy of safety not sufficient...understand the new requirements but could have been told this at ht time of drop off....another trip back to the dealership, Safety was delayed for a tiny ship in windshield that had already been fixed by professional...easily passed...delay. Left to run and errand and told them that I'd be back in 15 min...was called 5 min after I left to say the car was ready for pick up...no one talking to one another. Will still do all my business with you...but this trip was really painful.

Usually the service is flawless...this time was not as smooth. Was told by V that it would take 2 hours to get the new tires, check and fix alignment id needed, and do a safety check. at 3 1/2 hours, still wasn't done. Came to get the car and still had to wait. Was told that the windshield was cracked and could OK the safety check...was just a small chip! It was easily passed when management looked at it...another delay. Left to run an errand and told V that we would be back in 15 min. Got a call for LB about 5 min after we left to say our car was finally done. No one was talking to each other. Will still do all my tire business with you and no one else...but this trip to you was quite painful.

I was in an out pretty quick. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable.

The gang there are hard to beat

My car stalled on Sunday and was towed to the shop in Kaneohe. It was stressful and disheartening that I JUST bought the car a little less than a week ago. Although they couldn't work on the car that day (only one mechanic on staff for Sunday), they called me the next morning to give me an update that they had already diagnosed the car. I was working with Marcelo over the phone. He was super helpful, considerate and professional. Marcelo cut me a break on the price and answered all my questions. Situations like this can be very stressful but he made me feel like he actually cared that this was going to be a very large pill (bill) to swallow. My car dealer contacted me and said they would take the car in for a diagnostic and do the repairs since I just got the car. At the end of the day, I still had to pay for the diagnostic which is understandable. They don't take payment over the phone so just a heads up. Overall, my experience with them was that they were helpful, insightful, and not what I have encountered in the past...brash or indifferent. Thank your kindness and attentive service! I highly recommend using them for your car needs!

We used to live in town so we would always go to the Honolulu Lex Brodie's, but for the last couple years we have been going to the Kaneohe location and we LOVE THEM! They are always friendly and super helpful.

Great service

I am grateful for the great care I received; taking me in right away as I arrived with a screw in my tire on my way to work. My car was done in no time and was back to work within a very reasonable time frame. Thank you Kaneohe Lex Brodies!
