Pretty good. Didn't take as long as the website said. They are so popular, tho, that it does take long. I wish they didn't make as many appointments for the same time.

Everyone was no helpful, pleasant, and smiley, even though it was busy. My service was done in less than an hour despite the amount of waiting cars. Very impressed.

Had recently purchased a new set of tires and noticed that one seem to have a slow leak. Called Cooper at Queen St location and he encouraged to bring it in ASAP, which I did. I dropped it off and within 2 hours the slow leak in the tire stem was corrected and I was on my way. Thank You Cooper for the outstanding service.

We all know that once a year we have to get our annual vehicle safety inspection. Usually it’s best done before the ending of the month when most places get backed up. Unfortunately i couldn’t get mine done due to work and travel. So the day before it expired I scheduled an appointment. I gotta say that I was prepared to wait a bit while it got done but again the team at Lex Brodies got er done. I had an online appointment and was actually in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Damn that’s service and that’s why I go to Lex Brodies. It’s also where my Dad went and where I recommend everyone to go for their car care needs. Thanks again.

Lex Brodie's has always been my go to auto repair shop for any auto repairs as I have driven older cars. On my drive to work, I noticed an alert for a low tire pressure and decided to go to Lex Brodie's to fill up my tire, unfortunately I noticed I ran over a nail. I didn't have an online appointment where I normally schedule my appointments. I went to the desk was greeted by TL with a friendly and warm morning smile although I didn't have an appointment. They ended up fitting my minor repair into their busy day. Mahalo to the Lex Brodie team for accommodating my minor repair. You guys are the best!

Awesome service and fast.

AC was blowing warm air for days. Took it in and paid the AC checkup fee. Source of problem not discovered, no leaks too. AC got a reboot and dye for future issues. Short wait (~1hr) too. AC working great with nice cold air. Very happy! Thx LexB
