LB eventually won me back! Flat tire. Took it to Brodie. Friendly, fast, reasonable. Only prob was within a week, said tire was flat as a pancake again. Back to Brodie I went. Same fast and friendly service; no charge for correcting a prob that they didn't correct the first time. Only prob was the next day the pancake look came back. So back to Brodie. This time asked for the mgr who gave me fast and friendly service. This time they replace the bad tire with a brand new one. Anticipating that this would be the case, the instructed said mgr to put the newly purchased tire on my spare and to use the spare as my actual tire. My spare was a full sized tire and matched (Goodyear) the existing 3 tires. The newly purchased tire was not a Goodyear. Got my car minutes before Brodie closed. Newly purchased tire was in the car, spare Goodyear was back in the trunk. Odd ball anyone. To heck if was going to make a 4th visit to Brodie. I completed a Brodie survey card and expressed my displeasure. Scott Williams, LB prez, wrote back, apologized and promised to make good. Brodie sent over a tech to get my car, did the job right, and returned my car. All is good in pancake, oddball land. Mistakes happen. LB didn't make any excuses; they just apologized and removed the inconvenience factor as they fixed the prob. 4 stars because it took 4 attempts to get it right. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. TY......VM.
