I had an appt at 3 pm to rotate my tires. It took 50 minutes?

Invoice # 22901 Extremely great customer services from sales to mechanic. I brought the car in for brakes check up, the mechanic was very knowledgeable in explaining to me the wear of brake pads & back disc brakes, needless to say the brakes were all ok for the next 4 to 6 months. The services were just outstanding!

Love, love, love Lex Brodie's! Customer service is always awsome! Vachelle is the best! They greet you right away and make sure you're taking care of. I was there last month to change all four of my tires and to do a safety inspection. They knew it would be a while until it would be finished so they offered me a rent a car, at no extra charge! I just went back in today because one of the tires had recently been punctured due to a road side hazard and there was a warranty covering that tire. Didn't have to pay the full amount for a new tire! Just $13! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I was dissatisfied with service i received at Lex Brodie's. I called before hand and asked how long it would take to change one tire on my car. They told me 2 hours maximum. I took my car in and ended up waiting for 3 hours. The only reason my car was completed at the 3 hour mark was because I called and complained that they had not finished it yet. If you are looking for a place to go that doesn't waste your time, don't go to Lex Brodie's

I picked up a nail on my passenger side tire. What hum bug... I pulled into Lex Brodie's and was greeted with a smile and motioned into a repair station. They matched my info from a previous visit and asked me if I would like to wait in their Customer Lounge. Fifteen minutes later, my phone rings, telling me by 45 min. job was done, no charge. She said thank you, I said thank you, and off it went.

David provided excellent service. So glad he checked my battery and recomended I get my brakes flushed; both really needed to be taken care of. I commute home after midnight, and I'd hate to break down that late on an empty road. He also eased my fears about the cooling system, and put it in the system to clean the air filter when I come in in three months for my next oil change. Thank you!
