Came in Monday march 5 for a full synthetic oil change and to change wiper blades on a 2006 tundra. My only day off was Monday, as I work 2 jobs to help support my family. I was told at 8:30 that morning it should be no longer than an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours at the most. I felt that was very reasonable. I went on my way came back at 11am and the charges were on my dashboard for the repairs but the car Was in the same position where I left it. I can't understand how you could have inspected my truck when it was in the same place I left it 2 and a 1/2 hours ago? I wasted valuable time I could have other wise spent doing something else. I understand we all make mistakes, but how did so many people get their cars done? Did they inspect and repair those cars or just move them to a different spot and print the invoices with the charged items and was the work done? Who knows? I'm a local, born on Oahu and raised on Maui. Do you think I feel a little uneasy about what happened? Would you? I can't get the time back that day. Could I have spent those 2 1/2 hours with my family. Could I have had breakfast with my friend who was on island that morning from Maui? There isn't anything worse than wasted time.....well maybe being treated unfairly and discovering some deceptive practices.....thank you very much!!!!!
