I hit a pothole today and blew out one of my low profile tires. Put on my spare and drove to Lex Brodie's because I have been going there for many years. New girl Vachelle, same great customer service. Vachelle was extremely friendly and helpful. I expected to wait and did because there were many people ahead of me. The waiting room was full and so Vachelle made sure I was comfortable sitting by the Tire Museum which they moved by the vending machines. The shop is clean and well organized as the workers methodically moved from one car to the next. Got my car back in good order and am very satisfied. Thank you Vachelle and crew!

To whom it may concern. I purchased tires at lex brodies. One of the tires now has a slow leak. I went to the Honolulu store and the Kalihi store and was told by both places it would take about three hours to do a fifteen minute repair. This is absolutely the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. I was told by my golfing buddies not to buy tires at Lex Brodies - I should have listened.
