I needed 4 new tires and I also had a coupon for a AAA 40 point car care package valued at $110 for only $34.99. It was an OK experience. There were a few situations during the visit that got my blood pressure going up, and that is not GOOD. It could have been worse.

I need a quick fix to a nail in my tire.I was there early and Jim helped me right away.I was down fast and snice I bought the tire there it was no charge.

I have come to this shop on several occassions having to replace a tire or two and I've never once been deceptively sold anything I didn't need. The staff is always attentive, friendly, knowledgable and dependable

I went to the Kalihi store to get my car aligned and Jayda said that they could handle that for me. Upon inspection of my car they found that my alignment wasn't the problem and that my tires were actually giving me the bump and pulling that i was experiencing. They showed me and explained in detail what was going on with my car and recommended replacing the tires. I trusted their insight and approved the repairs. They were right, my car is back to handling wonderfully. Im thinking other shops may have done the alignment and then try to sell me the tires when the alignment didn't solve the problem separating myself and my $$$ a little further. It's good to know there are still businesses out there that choose to do the right thing and Jayda and the Kalihi store have proven that to me. I will always see Jayda first from now on.
