I first went to Lex Brodie's Kalihi in Oct 2013 to get a wheel alignment. I received EXCELLENT customer service so I decided to go back (Jan 2014), knowing I will receive great service again. I was not disappointed. Purchased 4 new tires and me and my car are as happy as can be! The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I will not consider going anywhere else! Thank you......very much!!!

Back in late November 2013 I got my oil change and I noticed they don't do the check list of things on your car being "pass" anymore. The prior time I got my oil change they had that still and I had a problem with that because they showed my brake pads were at "pass (4)" and a month later I had to have my pads changed since they were so low they were damaging the rotors. In a way I was ok with them not doing the check list of the car any longer because it seems it's not very accurate. I did notice in the service remarks box they did put that my front brakes were at 8mm and rear was at 5 mm so it seemed more accurate than the usual "pass (4)" I see on my invoice. After I got my car I noticed on the paper thing on my rear view mirror about a $5 rebate for the oil change. I wasn't sure if my oil change (GFHI Synth oil change) qualified but if it did it would have been nice to have been notified of the rebate instead of having to inquire about it after I paid.

State of Hawaii Safety Check Inspection was done to my satisfaction at my scheduled appointment time.

I received excellent service from start to finish of my visit. The sales person was BKP. The invoice number was 2026942. This was my first visit to Lex Brodies but due to the excellent service, I will continue to do business there in the future.

Do you know of anyone that actually like to pump their own gas? I remember in high school - I would fain ignorance when I was low on gas o have my friends pump it for me back when. (I know I can't get away with it lately though.) Best thing about the gas station is that they pump it for you- I have only had to have ever a 3 car wait in line as many people either don't know about the place or just don't like it- either way - I'm glad as it means shorter pump line lanes for me. The price is crazy low too compared to other places like shell, chevron and aloha. Car service- is not a full on car repay place - just mostly tires- one stop shop it is not- tires and tires. Other services may be offered but may I suggest again- tires and stick with tires. Cars are really becoming more and more specialized - tires on the other hand are getting simpler even if they do wear out it seems quickly in HI. another piece of advice- call ahead- ask a question and make an appointment- make sure your tires are in stock so that you don't drive all the way down - waste their time and yours - when you could have just called and found out it will be in tomorrow. please phone first.

Normally the service is great but on this day it was terrible! I made an appointment to rotate tires and TWO HOURS later they tell me my front tires are worn and that they need to be replaced! I waited two hours for that? The least they could do is let me know sooner. I could not wait any longer and just left. What was even more disappointing was that the employee didn't even apologize for me having to wait. He didn't say anything!

I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with at Lex Brodie, over the phone and in person. Four or five people must've asked me if I had been helped when I first arrived - and I had only been there a minute or two!

Went to get two tires replaced. All employees were very friendly and helpful; very professional
