It was my first visit to Lex Brodies. My car had just arrived fmor mainland and I needed safety check to get the car registered. AAA recommended this location and I made an appointment for Saturday. Guys were really professional and took car of everything smoothly. The wifi at the customer lounge was super nice and made my wait feel shorter. One thing though. Though I had an appointment,my safety check and wheel alignment took pretty much form 8am-12 noon. I felt like I wasted all Saturday morning here, for what should have been a quick trip. There is lot of scope for managers at this place to fix the slowness and help the guys be more efficient. Paperwork just sat there with no one really bothered to process it and help the customer out of the door.

Great service at a reasonable price!

On recommendation by a friend last July I purchased four new tires for my Highlander at Lex Brodie's since my tires were worn and my spare was flat. I called several days early to make an apt. When I arrived at 8:30 am they informed me they didn't have my tires in stock and I needed to come back when the called me later that pm. On returning I was shifted to other personnel who appeared like they couldn't be bothered. I had asked that the best old tire be used as a spare and that my brakes be checked. After dealing with confusion regarding the bill (the cashier appeared not to be familiar with their check out method) I was informed everything checked out ok including my brakes and I was ready to go. I went to my car feeling rather insecure with this haphazard service I had received so I checked the spare only to find that it was the flat tire I came in with. They hurriedly found one of my old tires and made it my spare. The service was so poor I contacted the manager who apologized and sent me a card for a free oil change. NOW THE FOLLOW UP 6 months later (3 days ago). I decided to use my courtesy card to change my oil and get my safety inspection. I called for an apt. three days early to find on arriving they don't have me scheduled. I left the car there to get the service. A hour later I was called and informed that my brakes were dangerously worn and didn't meet inspection criteria. Since I had only put on 400 miles since they were last checked by Lex Brody it was obvious that they had not been checked in July. THEY HAD TRIED TO SEND ME OUT WITHOUT A SPARE (WHICH I HAD TO FIND) AND WITH DANGEROUS BRAKES IN JULY ENDANGERING ME AND MY FAMILY AS WELL AS OTHERS. THIS IS NOT FORGIVABLE! I can not recommend this business to anyone!

Copper was FANTASTIC as always! Very friendly, professional and always kept me updated with the status of my car. Lex Brodie himself would be proud! Thank you....very much Cooper and Scott!

Great service and tires

Great service. I asked for the spare tire to be put back on the back of the car. Service personnel did that and even went into the car, retrieved the spare cover, and installed it over the spare for me. Nice extra touch!!
