Very good fast and friendly service. Chris was able to do a cooling system pressure test, hose change, tuneup and oil change in less than 6 hours on a Saturday morning.

Came in for a tire change and turns out they were busy. I didn't mind the wait. I pretty much stayed in the customer lounge the whole time. I like how they stored my spare tire and my car jack kit back neatly. Very friendly environment!!!

Very thorough, very awesome job

I always have great service from these guys. I work for Enterprise rental car and they even give the best service to my customer's too. They always exceed my expectations. :-)

I was very happy with the customer service and completely understood the fact that my car would take about a week to repair. However, I was very disappointed with the shape of my car's interior once the repairs were done. I have leather seats and they were cover with grease stains. Not really happy with this quality when I payed so much for the repairs. The fact that my car was not being treated right when I had to cough up to $1,000 for repairs is just wrong. You guys really need to make sure that you're placing protective covers on customer's interiors. Really wrong and unprofessional.

I have only been a Lex Brodie customer for a short time, but I will be a lifetime customer. I always used to hear and see the ads and commercials, but it wasn't until I became a customer that I truly was able to understand what all the fuss was about. As someone who works in the customer service business, I appreciate and commend Lex Brodie's for how well they service their customers and for the patience and know how for what they do.

I always have the best experience when I go to Lex Brodies. Customer Service was quite exceptional and the ladies approached me to address my needs promptly. I went in to buy two new tires for my car and the turn around was quick. They have a comfortable waiting room there to wait as well. I love my new tires and they even made them shiny! Thank you very much :)

Mechanics appear competent

Spoke to one person and he gave me a verbal quote. Next day went in and spoke to someone else but got a different quote (higher); wasn't too happy with that but none-the-less, it was just a verbal quote. Left my car and they called as promised, to let me know what they found and their "suggested" course of action. They called me around the projected time they promised to have the car completed. Ended up paying more than I had anticipated. However, they honored a coupon the next day, which brought my cost down. Would've given 5-stars had both the guys' verbal quotes been the same. Would go back if/when time calls for it.

Staff kept me "in the loop" as to what was diagnosed and suggested course of action. Job was completed at the time projected. Cost was more than I was expecting to pay but they honored a coupon and did an adjustment the following day.
