I was hoping for a great experience but instead had one of the the worst experiences. I agree with some of the bad reviews. It doesn’t matter if you received a quote or had scheduled an appointment. The charges were more than double the quoted price and the appointment didn’t seem to matter. It took longer than expected and the car drove worse than how it did before it was dropped off. Had to turn around and bring the car back. Instead of fixing, they broke it even more. A lot more time wasted… I can see how one can get exasperated. Is it the company, the people that represent it or who are employed to run it to be blamed? I hope the owner of the company realizes that it’s not all about the money they make that matters but the relationships they build with people.
