I had an alignment done. It was easy to set up an appointment, and after 90 min, I was told that my alignment was still very good, and there was no charge! They provided a readout that showed you where the settings would need to be adjusted, if they were off. That was a pleasant surprise, as I was expecting some minimum charge for the reading.. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and business-like.

For just a safety check and oil change it took five hours. We were also told different things by different service people about what had been done, which was confusing.

This team is always courteous and delightful to work with! The only negative was I called on the phone and they didn’t let me know I could make an appointment. So it took me a few tries to get my vehicles in for service since I thought it was only walk in. But overall great company and great people! It would have been nice to have some snack machines available? Free coffee?

I would like to leave this review for Miss Charlie who works at the Pearl Ridge, Lex Brody, and I want to complement her on the superb customer service she provided. She was very detailed explaining what was needed on my vehicle and although front tired needed to be replaced, she said I could drive it for another six months since there was enough tread to continue driving safely.

Got me in for a quick, last-minute appointment. They did efficient work and was done in an hour. Great service!!!

Tire rotation included with previous purchase of 4 tires and replaced battery. The entire process from reservation to check -in, and service is excellent as expected. Keep up the good work! Jason
