If I'm paying for quality service then I expect good quality. Make sure my oil is changed; not black or gritty, not over filled, and I expect the other fluids to be topped off. So if that's what I'm paying for and if those task weren't completed then you didn't do your job. When I come back to you guys to address a problem; doesn't matter if it's big or small I expect my problems to be addressed and handled. Don't shrug me off and say " it's fine" or "it's okay" especially if I notice a problem my car didn't have prior to the service check. The experience at jiffy lube was well below subpar; lazy and pretty half ass. Lose money!

Great service!!! Car didn’t pass safety check because alignment was out and wore the outside of the front tires. Dealer wanted price of “first born make child” to replace just 2 tires and big box retailer was inconvenient and provided no savings. Went to website, ordered the tires and alignment, and added the safety check. dropped off car at 7am, got a call it was ready at 10:30, picked it up at 2pm. Was able use Hawaiian Miles card to pay bill without the 3% charge other shops charge. Very happy with my experience with Lex Brodie - Queen Street.

Brooke was AWESOME!!! Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous!!! Will DEFINITELY come back when the other 2 Nissan Frontier tires need to be changed!!!

The time was limited although they looked very busy. I made and appointment and my safety check was done with accuracy and the car was left very clean. Will return next year.
