My car battery died. After jumping the car, I drove directly to Waipahu Lex Brodie. They were busy and gave me names of other businesses nearby who could help me! It impressed me that they wanted to help me with my car problem before worrying about keeping my business. I decided to wait and Lex Brodie attended to my car before the 4 hour wait that they projected. I trust Lex Brodies.

I made an appointment online for the earliest available appointment (8:00am) to have two new tires installed on my wife's car the day after New Year's 2025. After being closed for New Year's, it was understandably busy. The young woman who checked me in told me that the tire installation should be finished by 9:30am. She asked me if I would like a call when completed. I said that would be great since we were planning on getting some breakfast and look around the Windward Mall to kill some time. We were contacted at 9:28am, informing us that our automobile was ready. That was very gratifying. Everyone seemed polite and answered my questions on the billing to my satisfaction . The only unfortunate thing is that parking is very restrictive and the waiting room is quite small. The only remedy would probably mean moving to a location where there is a lot more parking and a larger waiting room.

Zero stars actually. Service requested was tire repair. Estimated 2 hours, now going on 3 HOURS. I get it, you're busy. It's Saturday. You're Lex Brodie's. But damn, people's time is worth something. Make better estimates. Call folks if it's going to be longer than anticipated. Did they call with an update? NOPE. Did they seem to care at all when we checked in? EN-OH. This is likely the last time we will use LB's. It's not a valuable service when you lose your day to staff estimates from those who don't deliver. I get it, it is an estimated time frame. I work with estimates and customers as well. The difference is that better service estimates can be made and contact folks if things change. Simple fix.

Making the appointment online was quick and easy. Professional, customer oriented and fast! Turned out i didnt need the servicing i originaly went in for and they called right away and didnt even charge me! Keep up the great service!
