Best shop on island. Had a tire repair (no appointment) and Justin got it done! Their team always has customer service top of mind.

If you would like to find a place you can take your car that you can trust to have honesty and integrity look no further! I had left a pair of rather expensive sun glasses here and over a week later I returned to have them sitting there safely. Something that could have so easily slipped away being returned I think is good supporting evidence to the positive intentions of this shop! They have earned a loyal customer!

Got great customer service from manager Brian at the Honolulu Lex Brodie's after my car's a/c compressor and condenser replacement service in Dec left some black greasy stains on my driver's seat upholstery. I left an internal review for them about the stain and was surprised that anyone even reached out to me to apologize, but what was even better customer service is that manager Brian made it right by offering to cover the cost of a detailing service to remove the stain! A separate service detailed my car and got the stain out, and Brian made sure to fwup with me getting a refund for the detailing cost. I am very surprised in this day and age that a seemingly larger company still cares enough to apologize for their mistakes and make it right. That is some excellent customer service and followup! Needless to say I will continue to return to Lex Brodie's queen st for my car checkups and such. Although next time I will probably drape a towel over my driver's seat when I bring it for service. lol

Convenient because you can make an appointment on line and avoid the wait. All I did was park the car, check in with the necessary documents, and they did the rest. 20 minutes later, my car was done. How great is that?!

Came in with a flat that was not patchable due to balding. Jordan was quick to jump in and got my front tires replaced within an hour! Got some work done in the customer lounge and before I know it, work was complete. He also didn't try to sell me the most expensive tires which I appreciate. Kudos to Jordan and the team. Buy this man a lunch!

We had to just walk in as soon as they opened, and even without an appointment they were able to change out our tires and do an alignment. Their customer service is impeccable. They were able to price match my tires with another store, so I got av discounted price, which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

The roads have been dirty after last week’s bad weather. So I rolled over a screw, and unfortunately, it was at a very bad location, right at that angle between the sidewalls of the tire and the flat threads of the tire. When that happens, it means you have to replace the tire. My friend told me to take it to Lex Brodie’s in Kaneohe. The good thing about having this tire damage is that you can still drive on it so I took it in to see what options I had. I ended up purchasing a top-of-the-line tire at a good price that included full warranty. They got it done that afternoon. Fortunately, I didn’t have to wait in their comfortable waiting room, but was able to catch a ride home. When they called me later., I went to get it and of course it was all done. The staff was great, there was no confusion about what I was having done, and the price was exactly as I was quoted. We are very fortunate to have a Lex Brodie’s here in Kaneohe. It will be my go to place for tires, just as it was my parents’!
