The mechanics and staff were all knowledgeable and helpful. “Charley” I believe is her nickname for Charlemagne was exceptional. I watched her handle a line up of customers courtesy and expeditiously. She went out of her way when my vehicle had other unknown repairs I was unaware of to get me best price and to even get me a rental car which was a big help. I appreciated her help and Lex Brodie for having great people. Thanks

Lex Brodie’s Kaneohe: Appointment for Battery Check, Tires/Tire Sensors and Wheel Alignment. I asked lots of questions and received detailed explanations for each of these service items. Very professional and thorough check-in. Maile was most cordial too amidst the overall busyness. Similarly when I went back in to pick up my car, the checkout process was equally professional, thorough and cordial. I was so pleased with the customer service and had the most utmost confidence in the service provided with service completion explanations and detailed hard copy diagrams and information. While I was impressed with my in-person visit today, I placed two phone calls days earlier prior to completing my appointment online, and both times very cordially got responses to my questions; first call was with Maile and the other with Vechelle. With all of this combined, I asked to speak with the manager before I headed out. Maile introduced me to Rylan Miguel. I congratulated him for managing such a ‘tip-top shop’. I expressed how pleased I was with everything. I’ve been a Lex Brodie’s customer for decades and was on a mission to find another location for servicing my car - I found it! Thank you Maile for your great customer service. Thank you to those that serviced my car. Lex Brodie comes through again, OF COURSE, with flying colors!!! Estimated wait time: 2 hours. Actual wait time: 1 hour! Customer waiting area: air-conditioning, comfy seats safely spaced ap art, television, even free coffee! All service representatives courteous, informative, VERY approachable. With their quality service, I can't think of any other provider BUT Lex Brodie's, that I'd consider going to! Super Mahalo!!! (Sorry, I didn't get other employee names, but the Salesperson listed on my invoice is COP.)
