We see you had a flat repair performed on your Tesla 3, checked in at 12:47 and checked out at 2:09 which was 1 hour and 22 minutes for a flat repair on a Tesla - which requires a specific rack and jacking method - is within our 1 1/2 hours completion time for flat repairs - especially with the extra time and care needed for Teslas. We see we found a nail and did our plug patch repair at no cost (which requires the vehicle to be jacked up and tire removed to be properly repaired and then re-installed), since you purchased the tires from us. "Thank You... Very Much!" We also see you had a 1 pm waiting appointment which has a 1.5 minimum completion time (that we recommend to budget time for as shown on our online appointment tool and posted in the stores) with extra needed for Teslas. Please note, if your visit was a walk in, without an appointment, we would have asked for 4 hours since we would need to work in the walk ins with the waiting appointments as well as the previously drop off walk ins.
