Friendly staff and prompt service

Tried to book an appointment online and was unable to confirm an appointment for today therefore I called to check if I could walk in. Kevin advised me that there are no openings for today. I dropped off my vehicle around 11:15am, Brian assisted me with checking in my vehicle, he asked what needed to serviced, I told him and this was the very 1st time anyone went my vehicle to check the symptoms, he told me what he thinks it is and they will check on it. Brian called me back within hours advised me what the issue is and the estimated costs. I authorized the repair and received a call at 3:45 that my vehicle was ready for pickup! Thank you Brian for taking the extra step to service your loyal customers, I really appreciated it! It’s always better to be safe and he made me relieved that it could be fixed when I know that they were busy today, I even offered to leave the car till there till there was an opening, but again Brian took care of my vehicle and expedited the service without a confirmed appointment today .

Lex Brodie's Tire Company is "one of the best". I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I was given great customer service. The Queen Street shop was incredibly busy and it took them a long time to get around to my request for repair but the staff was attentive, patient and professional. The work was entirely satisfactory. Whoever handled my repair ticket should be commended for a job well done! Mahalo!

Honesty, Integrity, Customer Service Excellence are qualities I experienced dealing with Theresa and her Manager Bryan at Lex Brodie's! Chelsea from Toyota Service had recommended Lex Brodies to replace the battery for my 2003 Camry since they were backlogged. Theresa had estimated that it would take 2 hours and cost $270 for installing a new battery. Half an hour later she came and told me that her team had checked the battery, starting system and the alternator, all of them are fine and functioning well. There is no battery failure. The cost charged was $0! I was totally shocked. I had never expected this!! Many thanks Theresa and Bryan for delivering much much more than I expected. Vino M
