These folks are tops!

Arrived for our appointment and was greeted with a hello and a smile. They were busy but attended to each customer at a timely pace. They took the time to answer questions and explain the inspection process. They called when the job was done and had all paperwork ready when we arrived back. We brought my daughter’s car in for a problem we weren’t sure Lex Brodie’s could fix but since they’ve always done us right, they were our first stop. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the issue, they diagnosed and fixed several other issues we thought were unfixable. When Brooke called to update me on the diagnostics and estimated price for repair, she made sure I knew everything was optional and never made me feel pressured to complete the work. We were initially planning to fix the original issue and then sell the car. However, it’s now driving better than it has in the 3 years we’ve owned it and we plan on driving it into the ground! I hit a curb and the curb won, leaving a massive bubble in the sidewall of my front tire. I happened to be less than a mile from Lex Brodies, but it was already after 3pm. I called and talked to Brooke, who told me to bring it on in and they’d get it taken care of. I honestly don’t think I could’ve made it much further without the tire blowing, so it was a huge relief. They don’t carry the exact tires I have on my car so she gave me a variety of options in different price ranges. She never made me feel like I needed to choose the most expensive option. They told me it might be close to closing by the time they could get it done, but updated me the entire time, making sure I had everything I needed while I waited. They had me all fixed up and on my way a good hour before they’d quoted me. I’ve used these guys for anything and everything for the last 3 years and I have always been met with excellence. No one ever WANTS to need a last minute trip to a car mechanic but I’m super grateful that I can always count on Brooke and the team when things go hay wire. Many mahalos!!

I was able to make a online appointment as recommended by Scott, everyone was very professional and friendly. There was one issue as I had a KEI van and they have no specs for torquing lug nuts. After confirming torque with my mechanic, tire was remounted and I was on my way.
