Had recently purchased a new set of tires and noticed that one seem to have a slow leak. Called Cooper at Queen St location and he encouraged to bring it in ASAP, which I did. I dropped it off and within 2 hours the slow leak in the tire stem was corrected and I was on my way. Thank You Cooper for the outstanding service.

A lady, "Jay on the phone allowed AAA to tow it to the Pearlridge Lex B. Shortly after, I received a call from a man, "JR", at that shop informing me that the "STARTER" needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate and said the repair would be done by 12 noon , 1/4/25 Sat. It was ready the next day and the check engine light is NO LONGER on which had been on for 2 months. I was pleased with the quick service and friendly, helpful staff. So because this is a 5 STAR review & I also bought 4 new tires & was serviced by manager, Jayda, who was efficient, do I get LUNCH? From 9/30/24 to 1/4/2025, my car has been serviced there FIVE times. Thank you. I've gone there for car service for DECADES!

We all know that once a year we have to get our annual vehicle safety inspection. Usually it’s best done before the ending of the month when most places get backed up. Unfortunately i couldn’t get mine done due to work and travel. So the day before it expired I scheduled an appointment. I gotta say that I was prepared to wait a bit while it got done but again the team at Lex Brodies got er done. I had an online appointment and was actually in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Damn that’s service and that’s why I go to Lex Brodies. It’s also where my Dad went and where I recommend everyone to go for their car care needs. Thanks again.

A big shout out to Vachelle at Kaneohe's Lex Brodie. Been here several times already, tire install, rotation, safety check, etc, and always have had the pleasure of being helped by Vachelle. I will keep coming back here because of Vachelle and her customer service. She truly is a gem, is very professional, courteous, and hard working. My vehicle has always been serviced within the time frame she gives me. The technicians are fantastic, I don't have to worry about sloppy work, and seeing all the cars double parked in the lot shows you this Lex Brodie is doing it right.

Lex Brodie's has always been my go to auto repair shop for any auto repairs as I have driven older cars. On my drive to work, I noticed an alert for a low tire pressure and decided to go to Lex Brodie's to fill up my tire, unfortunately I noticed I ran over a nail. I didn't have an online appointment where I normally schedule my appointments. I went to the desk was greeted by TL with a friendly and warm morning smile although I didn't have an appointment. They ended up fitting my minor repair into their busy day. Mahalo to the Lex Brodie team for accommodating my minor repair. You guys are the best!

My car was able to be worked on ahead of it's scheduled appt. time which resulted in it being finished earlier than expected. That is always a pleasant surprise. Staff is always pleasant and helpful as well.

Was helped as soon as I walked in by a young gentlemen. Came in to update my safety check. All went well. One thing, I want to bring to your attention is when my car was returned me my passenger window was down and as you know this day 10/28 was raining hard and soft and my interior got drenched. I'm glad I had a seat covers that repel water. If this didn't happen I would have given you a 5. But I still like the service you give. Thank you
