I did not have an appointment. But, I had a flat and wanted it fixed before the weekend. the damage to the tire was want fixable. But, since i only had the tire for 3 months, the warranty covered the replacement tire. I am very satisfied with the service at Lex Brodie.

Lex Brody is the best. Terrific customer service, professionalism. honesty.. In addition, apparently offer Carfax as part of world class business performance. Very unlike a nameless horrendously run mega dealership in Waipio.

Very pleased with this 4 tire purchase & wheel alignment from Lex Brodie's in Aiea. I was able to make an appointment online the day before & had the service performed the next day. Sort of a rush as the right front tire developed a mild thumping sensation, most likely due to a separation condition. Had planned on replacing all 4 tires in August, but condition made scheduling urgent. This positive experience reflects the integrity of the stores, I used to purchase tires at the Kalihi Store before they closed. The Aiea location is top notch, the tires I needed were in inventory, the staff was friendly & made me feel comfortable. My tire consultant, Leimomi, followed up while I was waiting to inform me half way through that the new tires were installed & vehicle was waiting to go on the alignment rack, they were very busy. I have been purchasing tires & services from Lex Brodie's for a number of years & my dad used to always patronize the original Queen St. location. Will definitely continue to go to Lex Brodie's & would recommend them to all my friends & family members. Thank you for your friendly & professional service!

Made a mistake going to this place. Had to wait 2hours and they still couldn’t get the vehicle to get in the rack to get inspected. Wasted my time. Not knowing they couldn’t get the vehicle looked at I would’ve never went to this place. Poor service and accommodation!
