Really outstanding service from start to finish!

Needed a leaking tire fixed on a Saturday afternoon. Was advised by another tire dealer to purchase a new tire because the leaking tire couldn't be repaired. Called various tire shops and would've had to wait until Mon. At Lex Brodie's, no appt necessary. They quickly repaired the tire @ no charge. And now, hopefully, I"ll use my tires for another year or two and purchase 4 new ones together at a later date. Thank you very much Team Lex Brodie!!!

Lacking n personal service, almost none.

Had a flat tire that I bought at Firestone at Dillingham Boulevard they didn't even want to help me terrible service I went to Lex Brodie's and they took care of me in about an hour and a half without an appointment nice waiting room cool AC TV set snack area very good experience for Lex Brodie very bad experience going to Firestone Dillingham the manager there at Firestone Dillingham is very unfriendly I'm not very knowledgeable

Forever customer at Waipahu and presently at Pearlridge location. Always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service and mechanical work. Reasonable prices and turnaround time. Support local Lex Brodie, especially when they deliver good service and consistently excellent customer service. They serve me, so I choose to give them my business and recommendation! 100% satisfaction on a consistent basis, NOT “the full nine yards.” (Never understood that cliche). Thank you, very much!!!
