Initial telephone inquiry was handled professionally with clear and thorough explanation of what approximate fees and time line to replace struts and shocks on my Honda van. The on-line appointment process was simple and the check-in went smoothly with additional confirmation of estimated fees. Both email confirmation of start-time, technician inspection/recommendation report and telephone confirmation of costs and repair time were great. It's hard to find good customer service these days. Most tire places are hectic and busy. My son had his first flat tire on his car and it was stressful. I just want to thank the manager Brooke for her help. She went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Lex Brodie's and Brook get 5 stars from me! We will be back for our future tire needs.

After moving to Hawaii I went to Lex Brodies because in order to transfer registration DMV requires you have to have an inspection. They automatically fail it because no up to date registration. Supposedly that's the way DMV requires it? So they inspected and said my two front tires were seriously worn on the inside (?) Said couldn't pass. Offered to sell me 2 new tires. Brooke Tubania was Asst Mgr who helped me. Spent just over 1 1/2 hrs on this transaction. She did price check locally and found some cheaper so she did give me the better price but then, She said none were in stock so come back tomorrow w/9:30AM appt. I returned next day about 9:15 and checked in. Sat there just short of 3 HOURS to INSTALL, BALANCE ETC 2 TIRES AND FINISH SAFETY CHECK (which was done the previous day finding out my tires were supposedly bad.) I asked different workers 3 times if everything all right. Said yah brah, close, etc. I can't even say that they were friendly or helpful. No one checked on me or asked if I needed anything or even gave me an update. At check out Brooke did apologize 2-3 times saying it was all her fault. Not much consolation. Offering to shave maybe 20% off my bill might have soothed me. Will have to consider strongly on using again.

I've always had good service at Lex Brodies. However, my last visit was a little disappointing. I had chosen to just have an oil change and dropped my car off at 3pm after scheduling an online "Waiting Appointment." Due to some changes in my plans, I was fortunately able to be picked up and dropped off but had I not, it would've been a long wait. Knowing that they close at 6pm, when I didn't receive a notification about my car by 5:50, I called and was told maybe another 20-30 minutes. While driving there, I received a call at 6:30 that my car was finished. The people I spoke with were polite and upon pickup, there was an apology for the delay. I appreciated the staff staying overtime to finish my car but I was just disappointed overall. I will bring my car back again and hopefully it will be done in a timely manner.

Jack and his crew, including Charlie and George simply "Wow"ed me upon my arrival. Busy as heck at 8 am checking in 15 customers. Parking lot packed. Remained calm and friendly, smiling and acknowledging everyone with courtesy. Informed me of preventive maintenance for next visit to keep my Lexus running smoothly and safely.
