Iʻve come to expect only the best in customer service from Lex Brodieʻs. Which makes my experience yesterday at the Pearlridge location so much more disappointing. I had an appointment for a safety check, and I walked in with what I thought were legitimate documents. Turns out the printed version of my no fault card was not appropriate. While there was no notification of this in the email confirmation, okay, I understand. But that does not excuse the way I was treated by the customer service representative who handled my intake. She was not understanding, treated me like I was an idiot for not having the correct no fault card, treated me like an idiot when I sent the incorrect link from my online insurance profile, and all-in-all, made me feel like the entire issue was my fault. This could have been handled in a much more respectful, graceful manner. The confusing thing is that my wife went to the same location for a safety check last month, with the same printed insurance card, and had no issues. Consistency? Oh, and my safety check took more than four hours to finish. The frustrating thing is that this is not the treatment that we have come to expect from Lex Brodieʻs. Moving forward, I think that the Queen Street Lex Brodieʻs will be my go-to from here on.
