I had a 2:30 appointment for a safety check and dropped of my car at about 2:28. At 2:39, I got a phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. I also appreciated their online warning to not wait until the end of the month to get a safety check. The person who checked me in and the person who checked me out were very cordial and efficient. Leimomi S. helped me with my safety check. I spoke to her over the phonr to make an appointment. She told me to bring my insurance card, car registration and personal identification Reminder notices were texted for the appointment date & time. When I got to Lex Brodie's for my appointment Leimomi S. was there at the counter to help me I gave her the information she asked me to bring. She showed me to the customer waiting area. When safety check was done I paid fir the safety check, got my keys and was told the car registration and safety check card were on the car dash board. Everything was as Leimomi S. said I am a totally happy & satisfied Lex Brodie customer

Fast, friendly service. They successfully repaired my flat tire.

Advisor Leialoha Santos and the mechanic did a great job. However, the reminders during my appointment were not accomplished. Only oil change performed. In addition, after oil change the mechanic did not reinstall one of the screws securing my engine underpan. They always missing something and this time screw washer lost making the engine underpan hanging. What I did was to unscrew and install two washers with it. I hope in the future that this LITTLE things to accomplish makes a big difference. Thank you.
