It took to long for service .
Aloha Mr. Garcia, thank you very much for the review and your patience. It looks like you had 11am appointment for TPMS service where we replaced a tire, 4 TPMS sensors and 3 lug nuts. The invoice shows it was closed out 1:36pm (thus 2 hours and 36 minutes). We'll follow up with the team, but ordering in the lug may have caused some added time as well as reprograming the TPMS sensors (sometimes they can be temperamental). And sometimes, we may have been backed up from delays with the previously scheduled waiting appointments that were process. May we ask for some information? Did our team keep to up to date on the service? (Communication from our team is key!) What was the completion time mentioned when the vehicle was dropped off?
