What was the start of a frustrating experience, turned into an awesome display of service! Booked an appt to drop off a company car with a 2:30pm pick up. Called to check-up at 2:15 and was given a new 4:30pm pick up time. Got there, was then told a 5:00pm pick up time and invited to wait in the lounge or have a call when I'm done. When car was done, the service women apologized and took care of the ENTIRE bill. At times, things won't go the way we want (especially when they evidently look short handed) and as someone that's worked in the service industry for years, I understand. This can truly happen to even the best of companies. Greatly appreciate Lex Brodies for genuinely apologizing and doing something like comping the entire bill.
