They were on point in able to remove the nail from my tire and patch it up. No issues from there.

You guys seem really busy so I can't be too critical. Your people were very nice. I made an appointment for regular service plus tire rotate and balance for 8am. I made another appointment for 10 for another vehicle. When I arrived, I was told I had a safety check at 9:30. The first vehicle didnt make it to the service bay until 10 and wasnt done until 2. I had to cancel my second appointment.

This is a place you can trust! Writing this review so Sam can get a free lunch (see photo)...but the service was worth 5 stars!! Bottom line - I gave them permission to replace parts that they found out were actually still ok, so they didn't do the extra work. The overall cost was 5x less than the original quote and 2x as fast as they originally thought. Had the car towed here because it died on us after filling up at a gas station. We dropped off on a Sunday and they said they would take as soon as they could (either Monday or Tuesday) since they didn't have any mechanics on shift for the last half of their day. Sam ran a diagnostic and the alternator and battery were both bad, but the quote had a ridiculously expensive alternator listed so he promised to re-run the parts search Monday to see if he could get a better deal. Fast forward to Monday and he found a much cheaper alternator so I gave the green light to get started. Imagine my surprise when they called me two hours later and told me the car was ready for pickup! After replacing the battery they retested the alternator and found it was actually functioning fine. They *did not* need to do this and I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN if they had just replaced the alternator anyway. The overall cost was 5x less than the original quote and 2x as fast as they originally thought. I will be taking my car here from now on - thanks Sam!!
