Quite comical, actually if it wasn't typical in these parts. I went in at 2:30 and left at 6:00. The order was for an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. The car sat there as I watched it in the parking lot until at least 5pm. When I first got there. I was literally asked what kind of oil my car required. I told her what I used she had to investigate, call a couple of people even though a co worker assured her what to use, she even left to go check in the shop. She came out to the car opened the hood and said theres oil all over the engine and it could mean problems. Weird because I literally got it back from the dealer 2 weeks ago and I have a list of things that needed attention. The inspection was passed. They said the wheels were rotated. I have no proof of that. But they could not do the oil change because they felt there could be a gasket leak. Another woman stated that I could not return unless I give them paperwork that the gasket was fixed. So they receive a rating of negative stars. The customer service they received from me was superb. I will call the dealer on Monday to get their professional opinion. It makes me question what they did to my car or what they were up to. I have bought tires from them before and never had a problem.

Please share with us what the dealer states. If you wish, we could also arrange for our VP of Mechanical to meet with you to inspect the leak and to verify if it was a 'heavy' oil leak or a normal mild leak older car can have.
