Hit a rock on the H-1 which caused a major blow-out that destroyed the tire. Made an online appointment that night when we got home and took the car in to the Waipahu shop at the appointment time. The office staff expedited the new tire replacement and tire rotation in a little more than an hour's wait time. We have been customers of Brodies for over 20 years and every time we have purchased tires or had one of several cars serviced, we have been treated fairly and expeditiously. Great customer service!

When I picked up the car after an oil change and tire rotation, the cashier did not give me the $10 discount for making an appointment online. I had to ask for it. When I got to the car, the floor mat was wet with black stains and sand. It looked like someone spilled motor oil on it, and sprinkled a fistful of sand on the mat. Oil stain was all over the steering wheel, door lock etc, including the zip lock bag for the wheel lock. I had to ask one of the staff to clean up the door mat. He was nice to clean it up even he did not make the mess.
