I have been having my vehicles serviced through Lex Brodies exclusively for almost 20 years. No one else touches my vehicle because I have a lot of confidence in them. My family also take their vehicles there. It's a no brainer because if you are planning to keep your vehicle for a while you should be taking your vehicle there. They have a great warranty on tires bought through them with lifetime rotation. I only buy Michellan. They have fixed forever brakes. They have a good reputation and are reliable. If you're not happy with the service they provide they will make it right. They will provide you with a rental depending on the repair. They have a record of everything that has been done on your vehicle so rather than going to different shops to get different things done I strongly suggest that you keep it all at one place and not let any other company touch your vehicle. This way there is no confusion on who did what to your vehicle. The personnel at the Kaneohe location are friendly and helpful which is part of the reason I continue to patronize them.

I had a leak in my tire where it had been previously plugged. It needed to be patched from the inside or I'd have to buy a new tire. I called places closer to me but nobody patched tires, only plugged them. Lex Brodie's Pearl City was able to patch it. I had bought the tires from them so it was no charge. I had to wait a long time because I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to save my tire.

Follow up to my 8/01/23 review. Received e-mail from Scott Williams, VP Mktg & Branding at Lex Brodie, the same day of my review. Scott asked for some additional information regarding my review. I sent him the information/photos that he requested and all his sub- sequent replies were prompt indicating to me a sincere desire to resolve the issue. Within two days Scott made a proposal that was fair and satisfactory to me. I have been a customer of Lex Brodie's for over 50 years and over this time they have earned my business and loyalty. I do business with Lex Brodie's because they are honest and conduct their business with integrity and Scott Williiam's sincere and quick resolution of the problem I encountered reinforces my beliefs. I happily change my 8/01/23 review from 2 Stars to 5 STARS.
