Steven was awesome assisting me to have my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor replaced. I called around town and Lex Brody was one of the cheapest, they rotated the tires for free, plus paid for my Lyft ride home and back to pick up my car when the work was done.

Update to my previous post, the Manager had reached out to me to resolve the situation which I appreciate, so thank you. Monday morning appt at 7am, there was a line but I figure it being first thing in the morning, understandable. The check in process was so smooth despite the wait, the gal at the front gave me a quick run down on what things were being checked today, awesome. Get a call back from the manager saying car is ready around 3ish, minor thingys here and there but good to go! Very grateful for the time and handy work on my car today and I will continue servicing here. I hope all my future visits will continue on smoothly.

Tires over priced - They won't install tires if it was purchased elsewhere - so I went to a small place (VIPTires) to help me...they even gave me a discount ...NO CHARGE...for flipping the tires!!! They Also told me whoever installed my tires did not tighten the lug nuts...that's dangerous to have it loose!!! I couldn't have been more happy compared to Lex Brodies (And all the other BIG NAMED companies). Plus it cost more to discard tires at all the other places.

Been going here for my annual safety inspections for the past few years and I just want to share my gratitude for the fast service. Everyone I've interacted at Lex Brodies has been upbeat and provided excellent service.

I was able to make an appointment, check in, and get my safety check quickly. The people were very friendly and they got my car for me. I appreciated how fast my inspection was. They do have an area you can wait in or you can walk around the area. I chose to walk around. Their estimate was pretty accurate and they called me when my inspection was done. The price was a normal price for the state safety inspection.
