Awesome customer service.

Terrific service as usual. My go to auto repair business whenever possible. Per original over phone discussion were not sure could do type of work which caused me to panic thinking I may have to use horrendous Waipio dealer. Scheduled eval visit. Employee BAS effectively set up service and parts order and advised price. Job completed as hoped for as typical for Lex Brody. Every business in America should be run the way Lex Brody's is. Epitome of 5 star rating.

My low tire pressure light had returned after adding more air into the back passenger side tire. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they had me on their first appointment for Sunday. I received a confirmation text for 30 minutes after the time I thought I would go in. On Sunday, I went when they opened in hopes that they can quickly determine the issue as I had an important event to get to that afternoon. One of the service people looked quickly and determined it was the sensors on all four tires and would take 2 to 3 hours (well into the afternoon event start time.) After maneuvering my family's schedule, they took my van in and we were to return when they give us a call. My family left the vehicle and 1.5 hours later we got a call saying the van was ready. They worked efficiently so that we could attend our event with no issue. To me, they went above and beyond. They helped my family get to where we needed by providing good service. I wish I knew all their names on that Sunday (8/6/23) - thank you to that team providing us a way to drive safe and helping us celebrate a friend.

We had some problems with safety check/registration. A family member was taking care of it for us. They walked our family member through what needed to happen and then called me personally to make sure I understood what was happening. They were helpful every step of the way. Thank you!

Very friendly service, from check in to check out. I had to have all 4 tires replaced, and my customer service agent quickly found an applicable discount coupon to reduce some of the price. The service was completed in a half day.
