Service was fast and efficient. There was one strange issue though. The lady who checked me in for my appointment, Vachelle, told me as I was providing contact info etc., that the oil change would take 1.5 to 2 hours. And as we spoke I watched the mechanic put my car onto the lift, and start removing the old oil. I asked ok so looks like they have already started, should I just wait here, looks like it will be done sooner than 90 minute? She answered very specifically , "no, since they do a 38 point check, it will take up to 2 hours". I said "OK thank you" . It was around lunch time so I walked out with my dog to find a sandwich. Well within about 15 minutes I got a text message and a call, from Lex Brody stating that my car was done. Which is great, it was so fast, but why the misinformation? I would have liked to know that it would be so fast, I would have planned accordingly. It was truly a strange experience, and I politely explained what had happened to another staff member, Brook I think, and she was great, she apologized and said sorry for the error. Again it was fine but I would think that the lady who checked me in would have understood and conveyed more accurate information regarding the timing. This miscommunication was so easily avoidable.
