After my previous review I continued to get my vehicle serviced at their Aiea shop. Last week I decided to come back to this location since it's closer to home. Just needed oil change and whatever is included with the service. Worked out pretty smooth. Shout out to Jordan! He was very polite and honest about everything. The only downside is the wait time. Other than that, nothing to really complain about. I might make this my permanent location in the future.

Just a Safety Check, made an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes. Kekoa, Lei, Blossom and Bas all took care of me as usual. Great customer service as always. Thank you, Very much!!!

My appointment was at 1230pm and the service agent was very pleasant and took care of my car to be safety checked. I have used this station for many years and am satisfied with the service.

Took great care of my car with fast service and competitive pricing

Very disappointed and hope to hear back from the business. I recommended a friend to get her flat tire patched here, since we've always had great service with our cars. She bought in her van and they were able to patch her tire and mount it ($35 charge), but they were going to charge her $360 for a stripped lug nut. She was told that the part itself was about $5-6 and the rest was the charge for labor. Why would she be responsible for the cost of a stripped lug nut if the technician was the one that stripped it during removal? She took the van elsewhere and that mechanic found that the other lug nuts and bolts on the tire were also damaged, he had to remove them by cutting them clean off. He fixed a total of 3 and still charged her less than $100. Attempted to call the business to clarify, but the phone lines were not working and no one answered (it rang for over 4 minutes). Would really appreciate finding out why they were charging her for the technician errors - won't be referring anyone else if this is the kind of service we can expect.

I used to go to Lex Brodies in the past..then i seemed to have switched to getting my care serviced from the Honda dealership where i purchased the car. But after hours if waiting to get service for hours and with compounded costs for something simple as an oil change or as they identify as A SERVICE IR B SERVICE started to cost over $300. i returned to Lex Brodies today for an oil change which cost only $119 synthetic oil and tire rotations!! THEY ARE GREAT ABD AFFORDABLE!!! I would recommend Lex Brodies to anyone who wants excellent service at a great price???
