I just left your Kaneohe location after getting an inspection. My service rep was Brooke. She was wonderful, very personable, outgoing, helpful in helping me get my insurance info on line as I am not very computer literate, She is definitely an asset to your company.

Lex Brodie in Kaneohe consistently provides excellent service. Tire changes have been relatively quick. Also took car in for flat repair, and balancing with rotation at no cost.

Don't let this company scam you out of your money, especially if you are a female. This review is a few months delayed as I'd rather spend my time being productive than wasting it on a crappy company such as this, but if I can save at least one person from being defrauded and victimized it is worth my story. Super long story short, I went in for a brake job because my car started screeching for about a week prior. They charged me $1500 for a front rotor/brake job that I didn't need right away. They did the job WRONG and put the rotors on the WRONG SIDE (I got this verified by a different shop with honest mechanics). Then they claimed that a rock the size of a golf ball was lodged into the vented slit in my rear brakes and had the audacity to tape it to my receipt. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm also not an idiot, a rock that size would have caused way more damage than just screeching. I had to take my car in TWICE to address this which was never resolved. Terrible company. Even worse employees. Please save yourself your hard earned money and take your vehicle somewhere else. If I could give this company -100 stars I would, please beware of this company as their quality of service has greatly declined compared to a few years ago. They’re shady, liars, thieves, and careless. I really believed that they were a good company before and it’s pretty sad what they turned out to be now. We all work hard in Hawaii to just survive and when you try to trust your vehicles in the hands of a “local” company just for them to take from another local is sad. Truly, do not go here if you value your money, time and your hard-earned vehicles.

Great place with great service! I last-minute needed an oil change and had a flat tire. Walked in around 11am without an appt and asked if I could leave it there since I had work and needed it done by the end of day. They took all my payment info, promised it would be ready in a few hours, didn't try to upsell me, called me with an update, and allowed me to pick it up after hours since I had work late. They didn't even charge me for the flat tire repair even though there was a nail in the tire; was just charged for the oil change and it was a fair price!! Employees were very nice as well! 100% would recommend and will be going back.

I completely forgot about my safety check and had to come in first thing in the morning, hoping for a spot the last day of the month. They got me in quickly, let me leave my car there so I could rush off to work, and pick up was quick & efficient. Friendly hello and thank you from all the staff. I will be coming here for my safety checks from now on. Thanks for making it easy.

Clerk was very polite, seemed knowledgeable about the service I came in for. We received a call about what needed to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner.
