Great job above expectations

The diagnostic for my brake issues was very thorough and well documented which I really appreciate.

I had a 1 PM appointment for a safety check. I was told that it may take 30 to 60 minute. After an hour and a half, I went to the desk to ask if my car was done. The lady went out and another lady who appeared to be in charge, said it would take another 15 minutes. I sat down and waited. Later, I was told that my car was ready. As I was entering my car, my phone rang. As I was answering g it. another customer wanted me to move because I was blocking him. So I drove home. As I was checking to see if my papers were in the glove compartment, I couldn't find it. I called and was told to check the top of the dashboard. but no paper. I told her that I was returning to the shop. As I was leaving, the shop called to say that they had found the papers. The upside was the cost for the safety check was waived. The downside is that the workers could have been more aware of the flow of customers who were checking in and as they left. I'm sorry that incident occurred. You have been so helpful and offer great service.

I found out I had a flat and was able to schedule a 2:00 pm appointment online @ 1:00 pm on a Sunday! Decided to change all 4 tires and got there a half hour early. Cooper greeted me immediately, and though the tires for my vehicle were unavailable, he checked the Waipahu location and offered to have someone pick them up. I knew they closed at 4:00 pm, but got everything done by then. Charge was less than quoted as alignment readings were good. Wonderful all around and I can see why they're so busy. I went in for a Safety Check, Oil Change and Tire Rotation. When I picked up my car, they even reported on the condition of my brakes. I truly appreciated it!

I've been to the Pearlridge Lex Brodie's a few times. They are courteous, patient, and I've never had any issues with my repairs, Safety checks or new tires. They are definitely my go to place for car repairs.

Lex Brodie's Aiea staff never ceases to amaze me. They handle the stressful job well and efficiently. When it's my turn to be helped, they are very thorough and take the extra time to explain the plan for my vehicle and almost always finish before the time promised. Previously, I received excellent service from Maile and Charlie and this past week, Rylan did an excellent job! Oh and I switched from the dealer to Lex Brodie for my vehicle maintenance because I believe I am charged a fair and honest price. Thank you very much!
