OUTSTANDING!!

Car problems stress everyone out but it causes me great anxiety. Called 3 other shops, earliest they could look at my car was 2 days out. Took a chance at Lex Brodies. They were also very busy but Vachelle took the time -just awesome customer service, to have a technician (regularly works at Waipahu, forgot his name -very kind and professional) find the problem and told me they could do it but will likely take a couple of days. I was thankful and relieved. More so when she called me later the same day to let me know the car was ready!! When checking out, manager Brooke continued the really great service I had received from everyone I was in contact with there. Truly 5 star service, I can't thank them enough!!

Car problems are stressful for this kupuna, and Lex Brodie's service personnel are extremely supportive, understanding, and patient. And that's the whipped cream on top of professionalism, know-how, and reliability. They more than live up to their reputation and warranty, while being very easy on the pocketbook! Kudos!!!

Excellent customer service but, tire choices were limited at this location so, I had to wait a few days for the right tires to be delivered.

I brought my car for appt on a Sat @ 10am. Service appt is for change oil, wheel balance and alignment and safety inspection. They call me around 5:30pm to let me know it’s completed but I have to pick it up on the following day Sunday 9am. I’m not a mechanic or something but I think it’s too long for simple car maintenance service . Not satisfied at all.
