Oil change and Tire rotation. Service included checking everything under the hood ; all fluids, filters, including cabin filter. Tire rotation included alignment and resetting tire pressure monitor. The srevice there is always professional, thorough, and timely. Customer service is excellent, which is why I have used Waipahu Lex Brodie's exclusively for the last twenty three years. I did my research for the tires that would give me the smoothest and quietest ride for my type of vehicle. The website was a bit hard to navigate and outdated, but their employees made up for the lack of tech. I was greatly surprised that the tires i wanted were on sale, and my cost was greatly reduced. I was able to purchase 4 new Michelin defender 2 tires; mounted and balanced, disposal fee of old tires, and free rotation and balance of new tires in 6 months. I declined a wheel alignment. All for a little over $700. My old 1995 Lincoln drives like a new car, incredible.

I was having trouble with my alternator and before I was able to make to the shop, it began to smoke. Pulled over, called Lex Brodies to let them that I was being towed there. Arrived there and there were ready for my truck. They ruled out the battery first, which was shorted out as they worked towards the alternator, which was the problem. I was kept up to date as they worked on each issue. Upon completion, I’m a totally satisfied customer of Lex Brodie!

Failed to get name of cvery pleasant clerk but invoice shows CB as salesperson. Service was prompt and very efficient although I got to shop late in afternoon. New tire was replaced within 45 minutes…..no hassles very pleasant experience. I’m. A forever customer. Thank you very much!!!
