Friendly and quick service

The staff at the Waipahu location was extremely courteous, professional, helpful and accommodating. I had an issue that the warning light came on for low tire pressure. They checked all tires, recalibrated everything and repaired the faulty tire. I appreciated the text messages updating me on their progress. All in all, I am more than satisfied with their work.

I'm very satisfied with the tires I bought, but my friends, even the one who recommended Les Brodie to me, were very surprised by what I had to pay for the tires and service. Additionally, the 4 hours it took to change the oil and put the new tires on the car was excessive. There was a long period of time when the car was up on the lift and no one touched it, wasting my time. That's poor management on your part.

As usual, the people there are WONDERFUL! I have no complaints whatsoever. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely young lady who assisted me customer service at its finest! Ill keep coming back, and rave to my friends about how painless it is to get my car serviced there! Mahalo!

I've been going to Lex Brodie's Waipahu for over 30 years. They do great work, never have made a mistake, they fix it right the 1st time. They give generous savings via coupons & being a member. They are very friendly and helpful. The work is done quickly and its easy to follow what is being done on their app.
