I'm not one to write a second review but I really really am impressed with my latest two visits to LB. I have an Infinity that I originally leased then bought outright when the lease expired and I only had 4k miles in 39 months on it mostly due to the pandemic shutdown. Since used car prices had skyrocketed and my car was suddenly worth considerably more than the buyout it just made sense to keep it. So last April I needed to have a safety check for registration renewal and I decided to take it Lex Brodies rather than Back to the dealership. Everything was handled expeditiously they did the requested servicing and rotated the tires for me. About a month later I started getting a low tire warning, took it into LB and they fixed it for me at no charge which I thought was just a really nice thing to do. Now forward to this past weekend I started to hear a small clicking while I was driving slowly up our street and I knew I had picked up another nail. Sure enough a day later my tire pressure dropped to 30 pounds, then Sunday 27 pounds then today 20 pounds. I called Lex Brodies this morning and scheduled an appointment for 9:00. Yep, I picked up a screw, the tire could be repaired so I waited for the work to be done. When my name was called I went to the front fest and was handed my keys and told to have a nice day. No charge! I asked why the extended kindness and was told we always bought tires from this store for my husbands corvette and my jaguar so that's their service policy. Even though my current car hasn't had tires replaced by LB they still did it for free. I can promise you they have a sale in the future because my car will need tires and I will look no further than this business. Thank you Lex Brody, Thank you very much!
