I needed a brake change soon, and the car dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount. Decided to check out Lex Brodies since it was close to my house. Jack at the front desk helped me out and he was a very nice and welcoming guy. Jack told me he will check out the condition of my brakes then give me a call later. I appreciate the honesty from him because he told me I don't need to change my brakes right now, but eventually will have in 3 or 4 months. I decided to change my brakes anyways since I was already there. Definitely would come back for future services.

I walk in today and needed help. I enter the office area, I see to service writers obviously busy. No one acknowledges me. I walk outside to the shop area. I make eye contact with 2 technicians. They ignore me, all the employees appear unhappy and hate to work there. The feel there seemed depressing. I realized the service there must be terrible. I got in my car and went to Firestone 1 block away. The complete opposite experience! Shame on you Lex Brodie! I always thought you had great local style service. When ever people ask me for recommendations I used always point them to Lex Brodie. It will be the last time I set foot or recommend your business

Malia was very patient and helpful with me and the issue of my tire being flat. She also informed me about my other tires that I need to change. Malia was very knowledgeable and really nice. She made me feel appreciated as a customer even though I was a little overwhelmed with the situation.

The only problem was that my tires were rotated without me being asked first. As it turned out, I had to have them undo the tire rotation because my tires had been rotated the week before during a Honda Windward servicing. This was done promptly without any problems. Staff was very cordial.

The staff here is very kind, accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was with the wait time.

Lex Brodies Queen location always works with me in a tough spot. Had a flat tire that required immediate repairs and got there just before 5:00pm and they got me in and did a great job. Love Lex Brodie’s and their employees are always very helpful and friendly!

I was very satisfied that the work was completed in the estimated time projected.
