Stopped by the Kaneohe Lex Brodie after a minor "emergency"....my low tire pressure light came on as I went through the Harano Tunnel from Aiea to Kaneohe, and I was concerned that I may have picked up a nail in one of my tires. Received quick and excellent service from Vachelle who checked me in.

The service and integrity has always been to notch. My most recent visit was the same. I’ve been coming to them for years and they never fail to provide the best service. This time they had to obtain a part, taking longer than expected and they got me set up with a rental car. It made the experience so much easier for me. I cannot recommend Lex Brodies Honolulu enough!

This was my biggest mistake! Stick to tire replacement only. They have ruined the engine on my vehicle. And put me thru months of stress and hardship. I spent over $4000 on recommended maintenance repairs and the faulty defective radiator cap they replaced failed and overheated my car and blew the head within 10days, I have been back and forth at least a dozen times and each time they circumvented the issue and replaced different parts unnecessarily, charging more. Months, and months later, they have still not made it right. They even blamed it on the car computer they replaced and now it makes all the lights blink. They even blamed it on the catalytic converter and recommended I go to exhaust shop which I did immediately went from their shop to exhaust shop. I had the converter replaced. Guess what?! Wasn't the issue!!! There is much more to the hell they have put me through and not enough characters to type it out. Now I'm out over $5k, and left with a worthless bad engine on a low mileage Toyota. Oh yeah, after 4 months they involved their insurance company who weaseled there way out and denied the claim saying it was lower engine failure from wear and tear! B.S.!!! There was nothing wrong with the engine or trans on my TOYOTA CAMRY prior to coming in for recommended maintenance services!!!

Had to do a Safety Check on my 2009 Nissan Frontier. Had an appointment for 3:00pm, but something came up and I called to see if I could bring my vehicle in early and they said ok. My other appointment finished early and on my way home they called a said that my vehicle was finished. Vachelle Heyward was very helpful during their busy period. Thank you Vachelle, job well done.
