Needed alignment to be done and called two places. Lex Brodie's Tire had an opening for me that day. Customer service was excellent. The alignment was quick and I was out of there within an hour. The other place still hasn't called back.

We have been coming to Lex Brody on Kam Highway since 2010 and they are the BEST! The Brody Man's service staff and the gals in the front are above quality. We have two older vehicles and Audi and a Durango Lex Brody does it all. I never get a no answer and have never felt like they were overcharging me or telling me repairs that do not need to be done. Freddie (whom we have delt with the most, although all the other gentlemen are awesome as well) is honest and explains our repair issues to where we can understand. Even when my husband is deployed, he doesnt not have to worry about me getting repairs and service done at the Brody Man because he knows they are honest and wont take advantage. From Safety to Tires to Align to coils to a/c and Brakes... They have dont it all and honor their word and they work. I recommend EVERYONE to Lex Brody whenever possible!

I just want to say that I used to be in the tire and automotive industry for over 20 years. I knew Lex and Sandy personally. I brought my car in because I was experiencing front end rattle with the home tools I have I was unable to find the problem. I took it to Lex Brodies Waipahu for a diagnosis. I left it with Jr. over there for 1.5 hours they test drove the vehicle and confirmed the rattle but they could not confirm the component that was causing the rattle. They just gave me the "Oh you might want to take it to the dealer" Answer. Laters with you guys. I took it to Island Brake and Wheel alignment and Derrick Dudoit took the time to diagnose the problem for sure beyond a doubt and took me to look at it first hand. If you want a pro go to a pro. If you want a "Take it to the Dealer answer go to Lex Brodies!

Go to the Honolulu location (Kalihi St) for excellent service and friendliness. I am planning on being a lifelong customer.

Lex Brodie's to the rescue again!!! Towed my car there at 5:15 and my two flat tires were fixed by 6 pm! Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place and will be a repeat customer for sure! Mahalo....

I am always treated with Aloha when I need services for my car and have been a customer for many years but yesterday, Mike, the Manager and Jim, and all the ladies went over and above expectations in taking the time to explain things and make me feel comfortable during what turned out to be a day-long, waiting at the shop experience with one problem after another. I had gone in thinking I only needed my brake lights changed - maybe 30 minutes - but they discovered a bigger problem with the brakes. While I was there, I heard that even if the shop was super busy, Mike went with one of the employees to the emergency room after the EE was seriously injured. I've worked in law offices and executive offices and I've NEVER seen that kind of caring. I want to commend Mike and Jim for their integrity and superb character. They could have taken advantage of me as a single mom, and charge me for many extras.... but they didn't. You can be sure I am spreading the word about the honesty and the excellent way all of you treat people and I'm telling everyone to go to Lex Brodie on Queen Street. Im pleased with their service. Im not gonna think twice returning on them for my next car service. Gave me the good price of the item.more value for my money. After having trouble for my services in the car shop near Times market i preferred to look for other shops and a colleague referred me here. Read the good reviews and now proved. They are helpful and friendly and important thing,they get the job done. I recommend that you visit them for your car services.

Good, honest, and a great value for my safety check. I'm not giving 5 stars because it took 1.5 hrs instead of the 45 min to an hr that they told me. But I got the feeling they were very thorough.

LB eventually won me back! Flat tire. Took it to Brodie. Friendly, fast, reasonable. Only prob was within a week, said tire was flat as a pancake again. Back to Brodie I went. Same fast and friendly service; no charge for correcting a prob that they didn't correct the first time. Only prob was the next day the pancake look came back. So back to Brodie. This time asked for the mgr who gave me fast and friendly service. This time they replace the bad tire with a brand new one. Anticipating that this would be the case, the instructed said mgr to put the newly purchased tire on my spare and to use the spare as my actual tire. My spare was a full sized tire and matched (Goodyear) the existing 3 tires. The newly purchased tire was not a Goodyear. Got my car minutes before Brodie closed. Newly purchased tire was in the car, spare Goodyear was back in the trunk. Odd ball anyone. To heck if was going to make a 4th visit to Brodie. I completed a Brodie survey card and expressed my displeasure. Scott Williams, LB prez, wrote back, apologized and promised to make good. Brodie sent over a tech to get my car, did the job right, and returned my car. All is good in pancake, oddball land. Mistakes happen. LB didn't make any excuses; they just apologized and removed the inconvenience factor as they fixed the prob. 4 stars because it took 4 attempts to get it right. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. TY......VM.

I've been going to this Lex Brodie's @ Pearlridge since 2009 for regular service maintenance on my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder. Their customer service has always been great, thus my continuing to go to them for 3 years. I recently went there for a 60,000k maintenance and had unknowingly locked the car with my remote (key had been left with attendant) after removing some items from it, jumped into my husband's car and left for our next destination. I received a call from Freddie about 15 minutes later asking where I was since they could not get into my car - the key was in the ignition and the doors were locked. I felt so bad, we were on the freeway headed to Kaimuki. I was about to tell Freddie that I'll get the service done another time, but before I could, he said "no problem, I'll send someone out to meet you at your destination". Talk about relief! The driver who arrived 20 minutes later was friendly and courteous. Thank you Allen and Freddie and the girl (sorry, I didn't get your name) who settled my bill and told me about the AAA discount which saved me $50! Can't beat that for going out of your way to make the customer happy.... To add to this review, my Service Engine Soon Light came on yesterday and I called Freddie who said to bring it in and they'll check it since I had just been there on Saturday for the 60k service. (The dealer had said they would charge me $95 to see what caused the light to go on.) I took my car in today, expecting it to take about an hour, and Freddie said he could do it now. Within 10 minutes he handed me the paper showing what the code diagnosis was and told me to show that to the dealer when I took my car in to repair the windshield reservoir leak they discovered, which was covered under the extended warranty I had purchased. Thank you Freddie and the whole friendly staff at Lex Brodie's Pearlridge for the superb customer service you always provide. This is one VERY SATISFIED customer who will continue to return for regular service and am working on my husband so he will start bringing his truck there, too!!
