Always excellent service when ever work is needed on my vehicles. Problem solving works cooperatively between managers and customers is a 10 at this location. It’s a shame managers are bounce around to other locations, leave abruptly. Many years I appreciate and have had a very good standing, for a longtime with Kyle and Rylan, now their gone. Understandably the guys in the pit does the heavy lifting. Without leadership like Kyle and Rylan the ship travels well and kept afloat. Going to mis these outstanding players of this community of Kaneohe. I’ll probably will look for other place to get m y vehicles up to par. Amazing and quick

I'm a fan! I went in for the first time after my partner recommended them for the fixed forever brakes deal. I loved getting to schedule online - they had same-week appointments available too! I dropped my car off at 7am, and they have wifi and workstations there. Richard Silva (I think the service manager?) took care of me. Since I had a lot to do at the office, he was kind enough to get me a rental car (for free!) through Enterprise, up the road. Enterprise picked me up from Lex Brodie's and dropped me off there when I was picking up my car. Super convenient to have the option to get around while my service was being done! Estimate for replacing my front brakes + rotors was for 4 hours, but they got it done in 2.5! Amazing work and I feel so much better in my car now. Thank you, Richard and team!

Made an appointment to change tire sensors. Appointment was made 1 week ahead and given a printed reminder. Showed up 1/2 hour before appointment and they had no record plus they said I had a 2 1/2 hour wait time! I canceled.

I had a flat tire unfortunately and after reading reviews, I decided to try this place out. I made an appointment online, which was super easy. I brought in my car before appointment time and was helped right away. I decided to take advantage of their Uber credit (so awesome) and get a ride back home as I wanted to work on some assignments. I was called when they were working on my car as I needed more services done but I opted to wait and schedule an appointment at a later time. I ended up needing two new back tires as well as tire alignment and that cost about $450. The pricing was no surprise as we went over this before the car was serviced which I appreciated. There were no hidden fees or add ons that we didn't discuss prior. They give discounts as well depending on service type and money spent. I would recommend them and go back in the future as their transparency and customer service was amazing.
