"Thank You, Very Much!!!" And the other commercial I remember from small kid time, "If you aren't buying your diamonds from the House of Adler, you are paying too much." But back to "Thank You, Very Much." I unfortunately had a flat tire. Good thing I had a full size spare in the trunk, but I still wanted to put the original back on. I went to Lex Brodie's on the recommendation of my mechanic, who insisted that they wouldn't charge too much. So off I went to Lex Brodie's. I pulled up right into a dock and a guy came out and greeted me. I told him I had a flat tire in the trunk and wanted it back on where it belonged. He said no problem. He told me I could wait in the waiting area because it shouldn't be longer than 30 minutes. The waiting area is a bit dingy, but if my car was going to be quick, why go anywhere? There's a glass that let's you see what they're doing to your car and I watched what they did. It was pretty neat watching them take off the tire from the rim. There's some refreshments like coffee in the waiting area, but I don't know how old the coffee was since it was already afternoon. Then a lady called me and said my car was ready. I went to the counter, and paid. I wanted to thank the guy who did the work, but he mysteriously disappeared. So I jumped back into my car and left. I liked that I didn't have to make an appointment and they gave me very prompt service. And the price was reasonable. I'm sad that I couldn't thank the guy, but maybe he's shy.

Great Gas prices and they pump the gas for you still. Old school service station. I have also need to get Tires from here before and the service was stellar. I worked with a gentleman named Dennis and he help us out by explaining the difference in tires we needed for our work truck without trying to make us buy that were way to expensive. I only shop here for tires and balancing now.

I went to this location because I was lazy to drive to kaneohe. Let me say, I was really surprised. Only 1 car in the parking lot. chehoo. The service is really good. The salesmen were on it and helped me quickly ( they weren't helping anyone else). Very knowledgeable staff. My car only took little over an hour.yeah. I asked the guys if it's always this slow. Reply" most of the time". So if anyone needs work done, remember this shop. Thank you very much. p.s. I failed to mention that this was a Saturday morning.

If you're in search of a good tire shop, this is the place to go. Check out the boys to give a great deal and definitely a friendly atmosphere. Rolondo the mechanic is very knowledgeable and he's pretty quick about fixing things and even if your car takes couple of hours, Windward Mall is right around the corner.

They are awesome! I took my car in because the engine light was on and the AC wasn't working. After several hours they called me to let me know they thought my car was under warranty and to take it to a dealership for repair. So instead of charging me money they saved me money! I offered to pay them for the time they spent and they refused. I was blown away by there service.

Lex Brodie tookin in our Honda with radiator problems in the late morning with no reservation! It was a simple hose fix and they fixed it very quickly. After the service was complete, they met a price quote that we had recieved from FireStone! So we went in for what we thought was a bad radiator and came away with four new tires! Over-all it was a good experience.

This review is for the Kane'ohe Lex Brody Shop. I have not used the other stores on island. I gave 5 stars. I truly have been happy with their service, from brakes to Hawai'i State Veh. inspection. One time I was driving and a plastic shield to the lower part of my car came lose and was dragging on the road held on by the one last bolt. I stopped by and the manger sent a mechanic out side to the parking lot to remove it for free. Well I gave the mechanic a $10.00 tip. Although a minor repair perhaps a over kill tip, but then I could of drove home, it could of come lose, and it could of got pulled up into the engine, got twisted in the belts or some moving parts and cause big dollar damage. So I consider a $10.00 tip very fair. Lex Brody is always top of my list to attempt repair or service at.

With Motor Supply not supplying anymore, I needed to find myself a new place to get my car fixed. So off to Lex Brodie's I went. I needed 2 things looked at: brakes and fan belt. I asked the guy for a time estimate, and he told me a couple of hours. Okay, so I went home to wait. And waited, and waited and waited. 4 hours later I called them up to check in on my car. Oh it's done, they said, they just haven't processed the paperwork. That's when they started to finalize things so I could pick up my car. They guy who was checking up on my car told me that he saw no problems with my brakes or fan belt, so I described to him (again) what I thought was wrong with my brakes. He said he'd try again and call me back. 15 minutes later he said he still couldn't reproduce my problem, but if I'd like I could come in later and show the guys what I was talking about. But other than that my car was ready for pick up. I went in to pick up my car... and lo and behold... $0! Not even a labor charge! Awesome! I decided against driving with the guys. As long as my car is fine, that's great by me. $0!!!!
