made appointment for the next day after worker said that it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete the job. assured me that it would take much less time since i was the first appointment. still waited for 2 1/2 hours!

Exceptional service, friendly and courteous. I was impressed with your Asst mgr, Zac who was this weekend 8/10/13. I came with a blown out tire and he ordered another set same day, quickly and did an great job in keeping me informed. It was a busy day but he called ahead of schedule and had my tires changed, rotated, balance and aligned.

Car serviced on 8/7/2013 for 6-month oil/filter change and 38-inspection. Also had them check my rear passenger-side tire and the cooling system for possible slow leak. I expected to pay a $1000 or more for the service and the have my car in the shop all day. But I was pleasantly surprised. I only had to pay half what I expected - AND - I got my car back by lunch time. I really appreciated their thoroughness, efficiency, and being kind to my pocketbook. :-) "Thank you very much."

I never have a complaint with Lex Brodie's. I stopped by for an estimate, received the lowest price, made an appointment (which was setup for the next day), and brought my car in for service. I was given a vehicle for the day. No complaints here. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. Mahalo

In the past, Lex Brodie's in Kalihi has done a great job. This review pertains to only my most recent experience with them. I had a scheduled safety check which I was told would take about an hour. Two hours later, the check was finished, but only, it seemed, after I came out of the waiting room to talk with an employee to see what was taking so long. The check itself only took 15 minutes, so I ended up losing an hour and 45 minutes, which made me late for other appointments my family had that morning. If the safety check had taken one hour as we were originally quoted, we would have made our other appointments. As it happened, because our Lex Brodie's appointment took so long, I ended up having to pay for parking at work ($6.00) and my wife and son had to take the bus ($2.50). The key to good service is to do whatever it takes to stand by your promises. Under-promise and then over-deliver. My former positive experiences with Lex Brodie's in Kalihi occurred primarily under different management. Now I'm left to wonder whether they are turning the corner into a new era of poor service. Should I come back?
