i went this morning at lex brodies at pearlridge location to be change my 4 tires and change my brakes. I was there like 8:30 in the morning so they told me to change the tire will be atleast an hour so i was expecting to be all done before 3 because i have work at 3 oclock. Fast forward at 1:00 PM i asked the lady in front if my car is done yet and she asked the mechanic and they told me it will be delivered the brake parts as soon as possible so i give them atleast an hour. Time passes by I keep going outside the shop just to check my car if their doing my brakes now but still my car is sitting down on the parking lot and nobody did my brake yet. So i decided to call in sick from work because of this guys not doing their job i mean they let their customer wait that long and not letting them know. They should let know to the customer how long it takes to fix the car or so.! OK.So there you go finally their fixing my car/breaks now but the thing is I WAS THERE WAITING FOR FUCKING 10 HOURS!!! CAN U TAKE THAT I JUST WANT TO FIX MY BRAKES SO I DECIDED TO WAIT THAT LONG. OPEN TO CLOSE WAITING!! Thats pathetic! This is not happened atleast once but twice,..! So to those BIG BOSSES of this Company they should fix this problem..im just so pissed off today because i have to call in sick from work because of this guys!!!!! NEXT TIME TELL TO THE CUSTOMERS HOW LONG IT WILL TAKES TO FIX THE CAR..! NOT JUST SAYING THAT "WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN ITS DONE"!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

Invoice # 3016148 6/24/2013 -- Great Sunday Service - Great Service Recommendations! AS Always!

Per your pledge re "We will mail you FREE reminders when your State Safety Inspection is due" I have not been receiving these. Can you email them please? Also when I arrived to pick up my car today no one greeted me; I had to wait several minutes for 2 staff to finish their conversation before one of them asked if I needed help. (One of them could have at least acknowledged my presence.) There also did not appear to be a manager present, or at least someone who seemed to be in charge. Not the level of customer service I've received in the past.

second time in a month to replace tires that was seperating. service was outstanding,fast and efficient. all employees were extremely courteous and helpful.

As always, great service and friendly associates. Was told that the wait would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I left and returned in 2 hours.

Salesperson was professional and provided more that 1 option, made recommendations and backed it with discounts/rebates.

I needed tires for my truck. Great service, I got the price quote and tire options. The whole process was smooth and the employees took care not to scratch or damage my after market 20'' wheels. Highly recommended.

Used these guys a couple of times in an emergency and they were a rip-off. They try to convince you that somethings not working properly when it's working just fine. I warned my friend about this and he said they tried to do the same thing to him. Buyer beware. Update: I'm updating my review because Scott Williams, the President of Lex Brodie's took the time to reply to my email regarding the problems I've had with the service I received. I will update my review to 5 stars when I go back to Lex Brodie's and the service has improved.

Thanks to Cooper's great customer service, the part for my car was ordered and waiting when I arrived at Lex Brodies. Mahalo for getting me on my way quickly!
